I’ve not really used Facebook as a way to promote music so far. It doesn’t seem to be well-built for that – I tend to use facebook for those I actually know. However, now facebook is letting us claim urls for our facebook music pages. Initially the requirement was 1000 fans but now it is 100. Having never really promoted my facebook pages with their unwieldy addresses I don’t yet have anything like that number of fans on Facebook.
So, if you want to help out, add yourself as a fan to my Facebook music pages – I promise not to bombard you with spam!
