The London Coffee Festival is coming up. If you’re going, check out the Cafflano device I reviewed for London’s Best Coffee and make sure you visit Nude Roastery and Craft Coffee nearby.

Specialty coffee is making big inroads into the mainstream now, in case you didn’t notice. I had excellent coffee at Tate Britain (roasted by Phil Gevaux in his roastery on site) recently and spotted Extract roasters at Kenwood House (though I didn’t partake of a cup).

My jazz gigs at Notes are continuing. We had a great night with brilliant guest keyboard player, Nikki Yeoh in April and are due to be back at Notes Kings Cross on May 13th. Well worth a visit. especially if it’s warm enough for us to play outside!

April/May’s Caffeine Magazine is a special one and features an article I enjoyed researching on consumer coffee training

Last but definitely not least, don’t miss Kings Cross heroes Noble Espresso‘s Kings Road brunch in collaboration with Christoffer Hruskova on Saturday (May 2nd) and Sunday (May 3rd) from 10am to 4pm. T
